We are creatures of habit, we want the path to least resistance, and when something is working well we don’t see the need to change.

The following leadership questions are my current priority:

  • How do we train and inspire teams to execute change?
  • How can we create meaningful change that lasts generations beyond the implementation period?
  • How do we gauge the desire of individuals, groups and companies to challenge the status quo?
  • How can we determine whether changes will directly affect companies future growth?
  • What is the optimal communications strategy and timing to ensure groups are ready to start change?
  • What are the required technical skills for change managers in the digital space for the next two years?
